LA Firm Sells Laguna Hills Office for $15.5 Million

Kaiser Permanente Among Building’s Tenants

A four-floor, nearly 68,000-square-foot office building has changed hands for $15.5 million, according to CoStar data. The building was sold to a yet-to-be disclosed buyer on March 25.

Plaza Pointe, the office building at 23041 Avenida de la Carlota in Laguna Hills, was sold to the undisclosed buyer by Los Angeles-based View Point LLC.

View Point bought the office building from Lincoln Property Group for $15.5 million in 2023.

Lincoln Property Group paid $74.3 million – when it bought the office building from the Colton Family Trust in 2019 – as part of a portfolio.

Tenants at the building, according to CoStar, include Kaiser Permanente, Data Center Warehouse and Terracon.
