IBM (NYSE: IBM) said it has acquired Neudesic, an Irvine-based cloud services consultancy specializing primarily in the Microsoft Azure platform.
No financial details were released.
Neudesic, with more than 1,500 cloud and data experts located across the U.S. and in India, provides a full scope of digital transformation services.
Neudesic’s cloud and data consultants will join IBM Consulting’s growing hybrid cloud services business.
