Costa Mesa-based Energy and Power Solutions Inc. has raised $20 million for its environmental consulting, design and construction business.
Santa Barbara-based NGEN Partners and Dutch investor Robeco Groep NV provided the funding.
Founded in 2001, Energy and Power Solutions works with companies to reduce their energy costs and make them friendlier to the environment.
It also has offices in Sacramento, Dallas, Boston and Portland.
In March the company said it completed a $2 million solar panel installation for Tyco International Ltd.’s healthcare facility in Pleasonton.
