Survey of 1,400 chief financial officers of companies with more than 20 employees by an independent research firm on behalf of Robert Half International Inc.
Sixty-two percent said their companies increased allowable employee expenses from their levels five years ago. Only 8% decreased allocations, while 19% said they had made no changes.
