Later this month the Family Business Council, part of California State University, Fullerton’s College of Business and Economics, will start offering an elective course, “Family Business Dynamics,” that will deal with the issues of ownership, succession planning, estate management, inter-family communication, outside boards, legal/financial matters and business strategy, for family-owned businesses.
Cal State Fullerton will offer the course to students of junior standing and to non-CSUF students with professor’s approval.
The 15-session course will take place Monday evenings at CSUF starting Aug. 20.
