Todd Priest, former director of government affairs for the Building Industry Association of Southern California, has been tapped to head the Orange County Business Council’s lobbying arm.
Priest, as the business council’s vice president of government and community affairs, is set to work with the county and city governments as well as state and federal politicians on economic issues.
Besides the building industry association, Priest has worked with the California Grocers Association and the state Republican Party.
