Apartments Sell for $42 Million

A group of Southern California investors, Advanced Group LLC, paid $42 million for the 242-unit Park Plaza Apartments in Santa Ana near South Coast Plaza. The group bought the apartments from a Boca Raton, Fla.-based partnership.

Park Plaza is at 805 W. Stevens Ave. and was built in 1972. The apartments were renovated since 1995.
