Anaheim-based Alstyle Apparel & Activewear Manufacturing Co., which produces T-shirts and private-label brand clothing for names such as Nike, Old Navy, Converse and Guess?, recently signed a $10.5 million lease for a new 200,000-square-foot building at 1601 Cerritos Ave. in Anaheim.
Privately held Alstyle, which has about 2,000 employees including roughly 1,500 in Orange County, has begun consolidating operations from six other OC facilities into the new building about a block from its main 575,000-square-foot operation on Anaheim Boulevard.
Besides private-label clothing, the company designs and manufactures its own sportswear and T-shirts under the brands Murina, Hyland and AAA.
The company, co-founded by Rauf Gajiani, has production facilities in Mexico and distribution centers in Chicago and Atlanta.
The landlord at the Cerritos Avenue facility is Newport Beach-based Sares-Regis Group. Brad Bierbaum, Bob Goodmanson, Brian DeRevere and Ian Britton of CB Richard Ellis represented both Alstyle and Sares-Regis.
