FACTORS INFLUENCING CORPORATE REPUTATION
Survey of 600 senior managers by Yankelovich Partners.
Fifty-four percent believe a company’s corporate reputation can be attributed to the CEO’s public image, but 77% say the CEO is responsible for protecting the company’s reputation. In building a company’s image, 96% said customers were most influential; 88% said employees and 84% said their own reputations were key. Only 42% said their companies had conducted a measure of their corporate reputation.
