WeWork says its woes—a shelved IPO and departed CEO—aren’t keeping it from opening locations in OC.
The coworking company’s 51,500-square-foot lease at 100 Bayview Circle in Newport Beach opened this month.
WeWork has about 350,000 square feet in OC with another 300,000 slated to come online next year.
