All Metals Processing of Orange County LLC acquired Triumph Processing-Embee Division Inc. from its parent, Berwyn, Pa.-based Triumph Group Inc., on undisclosed terms.
All Metals, owned by Watson Family Investments LLC in Newport Beach since 2015, specializes in metal finishing processes for the aerospace, automotive and industrial equipment industries. It employs 147 at its 53,000-square-foot facility in Stanton.
The former Triumph division, also a metal finishing shop, was founded in 1948 and will be renamed Embee Processing. It generated approximately $42 million in revenue in its fiscal 2017, which ended on March 31. Its management, technical and supporting staff will continue operations at its 103,000-square-foot, 10-building plant in Santa Ana, according to All Metals Chief Executive Michael Coburn.
