Glendale-based PS Business Parks Inc. paid $14.6 million to Makar Properties LLC of Newport Beach for two office buildings totaling 107,123 square feet at 2100 and 2200 Orangewood Ave. in Orange. Jeff Hanson and Ryan Gallagher of Grubb & Ellis Co. represented both parties.
The Praedium Group LLC and Birtcher Real Estate Group of Laguna Niguel paid $11 million to New York-based iStar Financial Inc. for a 117,500-square-foot office building at 5601 E. La Palma Ave. in Anaheim. Steve Batcheller of CB Richard Ellis Inc. represented both parties.
LEASES
Filitronics Inc. leased 23,600 square feet of industrial space at 3726 E. Miraloma in Anaheim. The seven-year deal is valued at $1.1 million. Steve Crane of Ashwill Associates represented the tenant. Johnny Eubanks of Lee & Associates represented landlord James E. Hundley.
Innovative Healthcare Management Inc. leased 9,645-square-feet of medical space at 2240 N. Harbor Blvd. in Fullerton. The 10-year deal is valued at $2.7 million. Mark Lebowitz of First Property represented the tenant. John Bosko, Robert Brandt and Bob Bush of NAI Capital Commercial Real Estate Services represented landlord DDR Properties LLC.
