An undisclosed buyer paid $9.6 million to an undisclosed seller for the 36,451-square-foot Airport Plaza II complex at 2062 and 2070 Business Center Drive in Irvine. The complex sold for about $263 per square foot. Steven Economos, George Economos, Geoff DeWolf and Matt Moore of NAI Capital represented both parties (see story, page 95).

Hicksville, N.Y.-based hat maker Sonette Inc. paid $5.5 million to Los Angeles-based Hana Financial Inc. for a 42,635-square-foot industrial building at 2325 Raymer Ave. in Fullerton. The building sold for $129 per square foot. Sonette plans to use the building as a manufacturing hub. The building has 4,385 square feet of office space. Heger Co. represented the buyer. Grace Yoon and Brad Christian of Colliers International represented Hana Financial.

An undisclosed investor paid $3.75 million to North Anaheim Associates for a 21,230-square-foot building at 1265 N. Patt St. in Anaheim. The building sold for nearly $177 per square foot. The building is part of the 37-building North Anaheim Industrial Park. Mike Hefner of Voit Commercial Brokerage LP represented the buyer. Jim DeRegt and Brad Gilmer of Lee & Associates Commercial Real Estate Services represented the seller.

Citadel Law Corp. paid $4.4 million to Morse Avenue Partners for an 11,249-square-foot office building at 2372 Morse Ave. in Irvine. The building sold for $390 per square foot. Tom Taylor, Gary McArdell and Jack McNutt of Grubb & Ellis Co. represented the buyer. David Romero of Lee & Associates represented the seller.

Charles and Melissa Cory paid $4 million to JC/DC Real Estate LLC for a 19,821-square-foot industrial building at 16682 Hale Ave. in Irvine. The building sold for nearly $203 per square foot. Todd Martens of Cushman & Wakefield Inc. represented the buyer. Sean Ahern and Brian Garbutt of Lee & Associates represented the seller.

Detection Logic Fire Protection Inc. paid $2.1 million to 1A Peters Canyon LLC for a 6,841-square-foot office condominium at 1 Peters Canyon Road in Irvine. The office sold for about $310 per square foot. Ash Joshi of Capital Realty Solutions Inc. represented the buyer. John Rothwell of Daum Commercial Real Estate Services represented the seller.

The Geraci Family Trust of Huntington Beach paid $1.9 million to The Condon Family Partnership of Laguna Woods for a seven-unit apartment complex at 305 10th St. in Huntington Beach. The apartments sold for $271,428 per unit. Damien Breaux and Rick Applebaum of Morgan Skenderian Investment Real Estate Group represented both parties.

Elk Inc. leased a 43,526-square-foot industrial building at 1670 Sunflower Ave. in Costa Mesa. The five-year lease is valued at $2 million. Seth Davenport of Voit Commercial Brokerage represented the tenant. Kevin Thomas and Jim Snyder of Lee & Associates represented landlord Penick Partners.
