SALES

Santa Ana-based Triple Net Properties LLC purchased a 106,717-square-foot industrial distribution building in Las Vegas and the 75,257-square-foot Trademark building in Reno from Kilroy Realty LP for $12.3 million. Alan Pekarcik of Voit Commercial Brokerage’s Irvine office and Robert Mitchell and Mike Bouma of Voit’s Anaheim Metro office brokered the transaction.

A private investment group, 71-81 Cowan Building LLC, acquired the 61,366-square-foot Cowan building at 17771 to 17781 Cowan Ave. in Irvine from Layton-Belling and Associates and AEW Capital Management for $10.1 million. Michael Rademaker of MGR Inc. represented the buyer. Kevin Shannon, Bryon Ward and Jack McNutt of Grubb & Ellis represented Layton-Belling and AEW.

Tony and Carla Moore bought a 28,351-square-foot industrial building in Palisades Business Park in Corona from Palisades Business Park LLC for $2 million. Bryan Miller of Lee & Associates’ Orange office represented the Moores. Larry Null of Lee & Associates represented the business park.

Wohl/Mira Costa LLC sold a 22,225-square-foot, two-story, multi-tenant office building at 3351 Camino Mira Costa in San Clemente to a local limited partnership for $2.8 million. Michael Lawrence of Marcus & Millichap represented both parties.

2000 Chapman Inc. purchased the 53,501-square-foot Orange Stadium Plaza at 1937 to 2011 W. Chapman Ave. from K & Y; Chapman Partners for $4.5 million. 2000 Chapman Inc. represented itself. Michael Lawrence of Marcus & Millichap, Newport Beach, represented K & Y.;

Grove Investment Co. sold the 43,922-square-foot Brea Mall Executive Plaza at 259 to 265 S. Randolph Ave. in Brea to a local family trust for $4.5 million. Joshua Levy and Martin Cohen of Grubb & Ellis represented the trust. Michael Lawrence and Landon Wright of Marcus & Millichap, Newport Beach, represented Grove Investment.

Chris and Dia Andrews acquired the 31,411-square-foot Katella Center at 1711 to 1731 W. Katella Ave. in Anaheim from Independent Development Co. for $4.9 millioin. Darrell McKibban of Lee & Associates’ Orange office and Steve Cooper of Uptown Real Estate represented the Andrews. Farris & Lee Commercial Real Estate represented Independent.

Bayport Lake Hills Associates LP purchased a 44,797-square-foot office building at 23141 Moulton Parkway in Laguna Hills from Birtcher and GMAC for $7.7 million. Mike Meisenbach and Brian D. Garbutt of Lee & Associates’ Newport Beach office represented Birtcher and GMAC.

Tony and Betsy Ching acquired two freestanding retail buildings at 2530 and 2560 Bryan Ave. in Tustin from SB & W; for $4.2 million. Mike Abel of Lee & Associates’ Newport Beach office represented the Chings. Jim Duke, Andy Buie, Carol Schillne and Shannon North of CB Richard Ellis’ Aneheim office repressented SB & W.;

Ted and Leslie Newfield of Inte-Trade Aviation bought a 20,000-square-foot industrial building at 5412 McFadden Ave. in Huntington Beach from Federal-Mogul Corp. Brad Bierbaum and Brian DeRevere of CB Richard Ellis’ Anaheim office represented the Newfields. Bob Goodmanson and Larry Schuler of CB Richard Ellis represented Federal-Mogul.


LEASES

Vintage Wholesale expanded its lease to 26,587 square feet at 7373 Doig Drive in Garden Grove. Bob Goodmanson, Brad Bierbaum and Brian DeRevere of CB Richard Ellis represented Vintage Wholesale. Curt Stalder of Lee & Associates represented the landlord, Hollingsworth Logistics.

Cypress-based J.D. Hayes Trucking Inc. leased an 18,560-square-foot industrial building in Santa Fe Springs from Santa Fe Springs Business Park. The five-year contract was valued at $0.7 million. Stephen Sanders of Grubb & Ellis represented J.D. Hayes. Joel McCabe of Colliers Seeley represented the business park.
