Scott Smith of Lee & Associates Commercial Real Estate Services Inc. represented the buyer. Jeff Chiate and Rick Ellison of Cushman & Wakefield Inc. represented Graphic Packaging.
Sunset Highland LLC paid $8 million to NCC-Caliber V LLC for a 20,817-square-foot office building at 1031 Avenida Pico in San Clemente. Dennis Vaccaro of Faris Lee Investments represented the seller. Kathleen Silver of Grubb & Ellis Co. represented the buyer.
Saunders Realty Co., the Newport Beach real estate investor owned by John Saunders of London Coin Galleries Inc., paid $3.4 million to Yun and Robert Chen and Hui Yin Wang for a 38,364-square-foot building at 401 W. Dyer Road in Santa Ana. Phil Cohen of CB Richard Ellis Inc. represented the buyer. Chuck Hardy of Lee & Associates represented the seller.
Private investor Mona Rosenberg paid $2.8 million to Turner New Zealand Inc. for a 9,273-square-foot research and development building at 2887 Edinger Ave. in Tustin. Jeff Mitchell of Voit Commercial Brokerage LP represented the seller. Kevin Quick of Lee & Associates represented the buyer.
Casa La Palma paid $2.8 million to ACC Point for a 23,384-square-foot office building at 101 E. La Palma Ave. in Anaheim. Alan Pekarcik, Dan Vittone, Rob Mitchell and Mike Bouma of Voit Commercial Brokerage represented ACC Point. Wil Smith and John Tumminello of Greenlaw Partners LLC represented Casa La Palma.
Red Mountain Retail Group paid $2.2 million for a 14,327-square-foot retail building at 801 W. Baker in Costa Mesa. Paul A. Bitonti of Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Brokerage Co. represented both parties.
LEASES
Plastiform, part of Australia’s Spotless Enterprises Inc., leased 98,000 square feet of industrial space at 570 Gilbert St. in Fullerton. The five-year deal is valued at $2.6 million. Greg Ozborne and Jeff Read of Grubb & Ellis represented the tenant. Jeff Chiate, Rick Ellison and Peter Sown of Cushman & Wakefield represented landlord RREEF.
Young Champions Recreation Programs leased 19,742 square feet of office space at 1717 S. Grand Ave. in Santa Ana. Financial terms of the three-year deal weren’t disclosed. Jeff Lauer and Ron Blakeslee of GVA Daum Commercial Real Estate represented the tenant. Dave Desper of CB Richard Ellis represented landlord Catellus Development Corp.
