REAL ESTATE DEALS

Core Capital Investments LLC paid $12 million to Orange County Realtors Inc. for the Irvine Executive Center at 17780 Fitch in Irvine. It sold for $241 per square foot. The three-story, 50,023-square-foot office building was built in 1984. Ewan Choate and John Collins of Lee & Associates Commercial Real Estate Services Inc. represented the buyer. Pat Scruggs, Erin Reardon, Patrick Toomey and Gary Stache of CB Richard Ellis Group Inc. represented the seller.

The Markovitz Family Trust paid $5.2 million to Richman Family Trust for a 29,000-square-foot office building at 520 N. Brookhurst St. in Anaheim. The building sold for $179 per square foot. Dave Cox of Cox Commercial Real Estate represented both parties.

Robert Stovall paid $3.7 million to North Anaheim Associates LLC for a 21,230-square-foot industrial building at 1265 Patt St. in Anaheim. The building sold for about $174 per square foot. Mike Hefner of Voit Commercial Brokerage LP represented Stovall. Brad Gilmer and Jim deRegt of Lee & Associates represented North Anaheim Associates.

Private investor Moizuddin Saiyed paid $3 million to Consolidated Capital Investments for Jewel Plaza, a 5,651-square-foot shopping center at 1030 S. Main St. in Santa Ana. The mall sold for $540 per square foot. Jeremy Brown of Caldwell Banker Commercial NRT represented the buyer. The seller represented itself.

Huntington Beach-based Pacific Coastal Co. paid $2 million to Richard M. Rodnick for an apartment complex at 733 Lake St. in Huntington Beach. Walter Mitchell of Caldwell Banker represented the buyer. Damien Breaux of Morgan Skenderian Investment Real Estate Group represented the seller.

KCSK Investment Inc. paid $1.9 million to private investor Robert Banayan for Katella Western Center, a 7,148-square-foot strip mall at 7500 to 7508 Katella Ave. in Stanton. The mall is full and sold for $263 per square foot. Robert Yang of Top Producer Realty represented both parties.

Critical Environments Inc. paid $1.65 million to William H. Patrick for a 2,416-square-foot office building at 28973 Randolph Ave. in Costa Mesa. The two-story building sold for about $683 per square foot. Tyler Pollock of Burke Real Estate Group represented Critical Environments. Pat Lacey of Lee & Associates represented Patrick.

Antonio and Elizabeth Reyes paid $767,000 to NMP WA LLC for a 2,645-square-foot medical condominium at 408 S. Beach Blvd. in Anaheim. The condo sold for $290 per square foot. James Juan of Hartman Mortgage & Realty represented the buyers. Robert Kehiayan, Judy Belland and Ron Mittens of Investment R/E Source Inc. represented the seller.

LC Keystone LLC signed a 10-year lease for a 2,506-square-foot shop at 1985 W. Malvern Ave. in Fullerton. Wien Irvine LLC also signed a 10-year lease for a 2,252-square-foot shop at the same location. The leases are valued at a combined $2 million. The buildings are part of the Amerige Heights Town Center, a 163,872-square-foot shopping center in Fullerton. Dan Goldberg of Retail Net Lease Properties Inc. represented LC Keystone and Wien. Rob Ippolito and Nick Alford of Burnham Real Estate represented landlord Granite Amerige LP.

Command Security Corp. leased a 2,001-square-foot office space at 2230 S. Fairview Road in Santa Ana. The two-year lease is valued at $55,032. Mary Goss, Judy Belland and Robert Kehiyan of Investment R/E Source represented the tenant. Damian Drab of Pegasus Commercial represented landlord Gildred Development Co.
