Irvine-based green building and sustainability consultants CTG Energetics hired JoAnne Rosal as chief financial officer and vice president of internal services. Rosal will be responsible for managing CTG’s administration, accounting, human resources and insurance and facilities departments.

Cyndi McDermott Karapogosian joined the Irvine office of Robert Half International Inc. as senior regional vice president of Orange County operations. She has experience in staffing management and completed a three-year executive leadership program at IMD International Business School.

Emergency department physician Richard Ko-zak was named chief of staff at Mission Hospital in Mission Viejo. He will direct policies and procedures generated by the Medical Executive Committee and will be responsible for governance of the medical staff.

Orange County Ronald McDonald House named Steve Becker its board of trustees president. He is vice president of human resources for Irvine-based Golden State Foods.
Nathan Rosenberg was named chairman of the Orange County Council, Boy Scouts of America. He has served on the board since 1993 and previously was vice chair of marketing. Ro-senberg is a founding partner of Insigniam Per-formance Inc., a global management consulting company.

Orange-based Westbound Communications Inc. hired Jenny Corsey as an account executive. She will handle clients in the healthcare, technology and public affairs industries and manage the agency’s internship program. Corsey previously worked at Spizman Agency in Atlanta.
Danny Craig was named to the executive board of the local chapter of the Public Relations Society of America. Craig is director of Morgan Marketing & Public Relations LLC in Irvine.

Tustin-based Gast Retail Group, a real estate company specializing in retail brokerage and consulting services, hired Tom Gast as principal. He will work with property owners, retailers and supermarket operators. Gast most recently was president and partner of De Rito Partners West.

Erika Patenaude joined Westin South Coast Plaza in Costa Mesa as senior catering manager. She previously was assistant director of catering at Hilton Costa Mesa and director of catering and event services at the Fairmont Newport Beach.
Xavier Perez was named general manager of the Matador Cantina in Fullerton. Perez has worked at Camacho’s Cantina in Universal City and Blanca in Costa Mesa.

Brea-based Apani Networks, a provider of information security software, named Corey Dyer vice president of channel sales. He spent 15 years with Dell Inc. in a variety of senior level sales roles, most recently regional sales director. Dyer has international experience including sales into the software, retail, financial and networking sectors.
