IBM May Report Higher Sales on Contracts, Purchases

International Business Machines Corp., the world’s largest computer-services company, probably will report its biggest sales gain in two years on new contracts and software acquisitions, including its $1.6 billion buy of Costa Mesa-based FileNet Corp.
