Healthpeak Properties Inc. (NYSE: PEAK) has moved its headquarters to Denver, citing a more centralized location relative to its portfolio locations.
The healthcare real estate investment trust, which was recently the fourth largest publicly traded company in OC, said its offices in Irvine and Franklin, Tennessee will continue to operate.
Shares of Healthpeak climbed 4.8% to $28.25 with a $15 billion market cap ahead of the company’s third-quarter earnings today.
