Newport Beach-based Alliant Insurance Services has acquired Andre-Romberg Insurance Agency in Spokane, Wash.
The terms of the deal for the 70-year-old agency—which provides products and services to businesses, homeowners, renters, and car owners—were not disclosed. It is Alliant’s fourth acquisition in the Pacific Northwest since 2014. Andre-Romberg specializes in middle market clients in the region.
Andre-Romberg’s management team, including President Ken Kurtz, will join Alliant.
Alliant is the largest insurance brokerage firm in Orange County with $98 million in local revenues last year and the 12th largest in the U.S. with $619 million as of two years ago.
