Irvine-based Allergan Inc. said today that it named Jim Hindman its new chief financial officer.
Hindman, who has been with the Botox maker since 1984, replaces Jeff Edwards in the CFO role. Edwards, who served nine years as Allergan’s financial chief, is stepping down to spend more time with his family.
Allergan shares were down 1% to a market value of $46.4 billion.
