$10M Gift Launches New Center for Providence Mission Hospital

Rolling out new specialty services in the fall

Providence Mission Hospital Foundation today announced a $10 million gift from patient and longtime supporter Kathy Williams for a newly opened health center in Rancho Mission Viejo.

“I’m grateful for the care I received at Providence Mission Hospital and wanted to support the caregivers and programs that make such a difference for patients and families,” Williams said in a statement.

The Kathy Williams Family Health Center, located about eight miles away from Mission Hospital, brings together a wide range of primary and specialty care services under one roof, Mission Hospital officials said.

Services launching in the spring include primary care, endocrinology and urgent care. Additional OB-GYN, dermatology, rheumatology and comprehensive imaging services will become available in the fall.

The new center is Providence Mission Hospital’s second community-based health center following its San Clemente location.

Providence Mission Hospital is the seventh largest hospital in Orange County with revenue of $901.3 million in revenue reported for the 12 months ended Sept. 30, 2025.
