Irvine-based Yogurtland is tapping into continued interest in healthier fare with a new food concept set to launch next month.
The company said its Holsom by Yogurtland brand will launch in mid-November on Edinger Avenue in Huntington Beach, focused on a menu of grain bowls, toasts, beverages and frozen yogurt.
The company’s Senior Vice President Sam Yoon said the brand is filling a hole in the market by taking Yogurtland’s concept of customization and expanding that into healthy food options.
The company originally began work on the brand pre-pandemic and has since made some tweaks to Holsom’s operations by offering contactless ordering, delivery, curbside pick-up and outdoor seating once it opens.
Yogurtland currently counts more than 280 locations.
