Xperience Restaurant Group opened its second Solita Tacos & Margaritas restaurant in Orange County today.
Located in Anaheim, the new space can seat up to 300 guests inside with over 6,800 square feet and includes a 1,000-square-foot patio with 68 seats. Solita restaurants serve Baja-style cuisine with a curated collection of tequilas and mezcals.
“We plan to quickly contribute to the fabric of the community and the city’s widely popular attractions, and we look forward to watching Solita’s mission come to life by providing friendly service, good food, and great drinks,” Chief Executive Randy Sharpe said in a statement.
After acquiring Solita and its sister chain, Sol Mexican Cocina, in 2019, Xperience has opened three new Solita restaurants this year with another spot in Orlando opening soon. A Sol in Las Vegas is also under construction.
Cypress-based Xperience operates several Mexican dining brands under its umbrella, including El Torito Grill, Las Brisas and Acapulco.
The restaurant group counts 68 stores in the U.S. and expects sales to reach $250 million for the year, officials said in July.
