Vestand Inc., previously known as Yoshiharu Global Co., has appointed Jaeho Yoon as chief financial officer, effective immediately.
Yoon succeeds Ju Hwan Oh, who resigned from the role on Sept. 15. Oh was initially named CFO in June when Vestand removed Ryan Cho from the role.
The new CFO most recently served as a senior manager at BGF EcoMaterials where he managed subsidiaries in the U.S., China and India. Yoon was also a manager in the new business development team of BGF Holdings, and before that, he worked as a consultant at Rolan Berger Strategic Consultants, Seoul and Deloitte Consulting Southeast Asia.
Yoon was assisting Vestand “with financial management and related duties” before he was appointed CFO, according to filings.
The Brea-based company also appointed Andrew Yun, the managing partner of Yun Law Group and a current board member, as its new chief compliance officer.
Vestand has enacted several companywide changes in 2025, from removing its founder and previous CEO James Chae in June to rebranding its name a month later. The ramen chain has also pivoted operations to include real estate development and digital asset ventures.
“We look forward to their contributions as we continue to execute on our key growth initiatives to become a leading global investment platform that integrates traditional real-world assets (RWA) with next-generation crypto treasury strategies,” Chief Executive Ji-Won Kim said in a statement.
