Trust Restaurant Group will open its Rare Society restaurant in San Clemente this summer marking the steakhouse concept’s first Orange County location.
The new two-story restaurant counts 5,500 square feet on Avenida Del Mar and is set to be Rare Society’s flagship location, according to officials.
The very first steakhouse opened in 2019 and there are now two in San Diego, one in Santa Barbara and a fourth in Mill Creek, Washington.
Restaurant Owner and Executive Chef Brad Wise describes the concept as an “homage to the retro steakhouses of the Las Vegas Strip” with a menu of dry-aged ribeyes, Australian wagyu, filet mignon and other specialties.
This will be San Diego-based Trust’s first step in OC as well. It has four other dining concepts such as Fort Oak and Cardellino with almost 10 brick-and-mortar stores in its portfolio.
