Pieology Pizzeria said it will sell 21 company-owned locations to Akash Management LLC.
Akash Management is already one of the Tustin-based company’s largest franchisees with 14 locations in Los Angeles, Central California and Phoenix
Akash, headed by CEO Amir Siddiqi, is a franchisee of more than 250 food outlets across multiple brands, including Carl’s Jr. Arby’s, Jamba Juice and WingStop.
Pieology ranked No. 16 on last year’s Business Journal’s list of the largest restaurant operators based in Orange County; it has about 130 locations.
