Costa Mesa-based Nékter Juice Bar has promoted Natalie Green to chief operations officer after six years as senior VP of business operations.
Green will report to Chief Executive Steve Schulze and Chief Visionary Officer Alexis Schulze, also the co-founders of Nékter .
“Natalie employs the ideal combination of proven operating expertise and collaborative spirit that is at the very core of our culture and company. Her talent for leadership by example, her drive and innovative thinking has been fundamental to Nékter and keeping it on course for expansive growth,” CEO Schulze said in a statement.
Nékter was founded in 2010 and Green joined in 2011 as controller. She will now focus on brand marketing and franchise growth.
Last month, the juice bar franchise reported record sales for its franchised stores in 2021 with its top performing location reaching over $1.5 million in sales last year. With 170 stores in the U.S., Nékter currently has over 150 new restaurants in development.
