Juice It Up has entered its first professional sports partnership with Angels Baseball that includes in-stadium concessions, signage, and promotional events over the next several years.
The Newport Beach-based smoothie and juice chain will begin operating a concession stand in the third base courtyard of the Anaheim stadium by the start of the season.
“We are thrilled to take the field with a team that’s been synonymous with Southern California for more than 60 years,” Chief Executive Susan Taylor said in a statement. Taylor also described the partnership as a natural step for the chain.
“We welcome the opportunity to team up with local brands to expand the stadium’s offerings and give fans even more options when visiting the park, all while cheering on our beloved team,” Angels Chairman Dennis Kuhl added.
Juice It Up currently counts more than 80 franchise stores located across Southern California, Arizona, New Mexico, Oregon and Texas with more under development. The chain reported $42.7 million in systemwide sales for 2021 and has cited a record-setting three-year period from 2019 to 2022, according to officials.
