The newest owner of Del Taco, Yadav Enterprises, has appointed new executives to the taco chain’s leadership team including former vice president of marketing Noah Chillingworth.  Â
Chillingworth returns to Del Taco as chief marketing officer after almost two years at Farmer Boys. He originally joined the Lake Forest-based chain in 2009 and worked as VP of marketing until 2024. Â
He also held marketing roles at Taco Bell for four years and Domino’s Pizza for 10 years.  Â
Yadav also appointed Ellen Sasada as vice president of supply chain, food safety & quality assurance, a role she previously held at Del Taco from 2018 to 2022. Sasada was most recently an executive director at Panda Restaurant Group. Â
The parent firm, based in Fremont, California, named Ulyses Camacho in a newly created role as chief transformation officer. Camacho is also president and chief operating officer of Taco Cabana, another restaurant unit under Yadav’s umbrella. Â
“Every executive who occupies a seat around our leadership table is part of a thoughtful approach to strengthen the organization and is responsible for making disciplined decisions that benefit our franchise partners, team members and guests, while positioning the brand to perform and scale for the long term,” Chief Executive Anil Yadav said in a statement.Â
