Chef Amar Santana is opening the second location of his VACA restaurant in Downtown Los Angeles on Nov. 20.
Santana and his business partner Ahmed Labbate revealed in 2023 that they would be expanding VACA to The Beaudry, a new luxe residential high-rise near 7th and Wilshire, below the lobby level.
Early limited seating started on Nov. 11 with reservations open until Nov. 15, ahead of the official opening.
VACA DTLA will be open Tuesday through Saturday.
Santana, who has appeared on Bravo TV’s “Top Chef” three times, opened the first VACA restaurant in 2015 at the Park Tower across from South Coast Plaza. The chef and Labbate’s debut restaurant was Broadway in Laguna Beach.
