Nékter Juice Bar, based in Costa Mesa, has reported record-setting sales for its franchised stores in 2021.
The top 25% stores saw average gross sales of over $1 million for the year with its top performing location pushing past $1.5 million in sales.
“During the past five years, systemwide revenues at Nékter Juice Bar have almost doubled and we don’t see that trend slowing any time soon,” Co-founder and CEO Steve Schulze said in a statement.
According to Schulze, Nékter’s total systemwide sales for the first six months of 2022 have already jumped 20% compared to last year.
The juice bar franchise expects to open its 200th store by end of this year, with already 170 locations in the U.S. and over 150 more in development.
Nékter ranked No. 21 on the Business Journal’s list of locally based restaurant chains last month with an estimated $88 million in systemwide sales for 2021.
