Huntington Beach advertising agency Gallegos United has won over Cacique Inc.
The agency, ranked No. 7 last year among Orange County’s largest advertising agencies by revenue, is now agency of record for Monrovia-based Cacique. This puts Gallegos in the driver seat on brand strategy and creative across all channels.
Cacique sells cheeses, chorizos and dips among other Hispanic food items, and is owned by the children of founders Gilbert and Jenny de Cardenas, who started the firm in 1973.
Cacique joins Gallegos United’s roster of clients that includes Comcast, TurboTax, California Milk Processor Board, Chick-fil-A and Coronado Brewing Co.
The agency reported revenue up 20% in 2018 to $42 million.
