Michigan’s EWI Worldwide, a maker of trade show exhibits and store displays, renewed its lease for 111,000 square feet of industrial space at 19531 Pauling in Foothill Ranch. The lease is for five years and is valued at $2.5 million. The company, also known as Exhibit Works, has been in Foothill Ranch since 1999. EWI came here to serve automakers with operations in the county. It does design and manufacturing in Foothill Ranch. EWI is one of several display companies with operations here. Others include JPB Enterprises Inc.’s DisplayWorks in Irvine, Hillsboro, Ore.-based Pinnacle Exhibits LLC, which also has operations in Irvine, Premier Displays & Exhibits Inc. of Cypress and Freddie Georges Production Group in La Palma. Steve Wagner 360 Commercial Partners and Gregg Haly of CB Richard Ellis Group Inc. represented EWI in the lease. Landlord FFP LLC represented itself.
