California Gasket & Rubber Inc., a maker of rubber and metal gaskets and other seals for use in the aerospace, automotive, appliance and other industries, is relocating to Orange County. The company, which previously was in Gardena, leased a 50,344-square-foot industrial building at 533 W. Collins Ave. in Orange for 10 years. Financial terms weren’t disclosed. The space, which is about double the size of the company’s prior space, will serve as California Gasket’s headquarters.
