Orange-based Boot Barn Holding Corp., a western shoe and clothing retailer, is relocating its headquarters to 15776 Laguna Canyon Road through a five-year lease with the Irvine Company. The terms of the 70,722-square-foot lease were not disclosed. The deal marks an expansion for the retailer, which will be consolidating its previous 28,856-square-foot headquarters in Orange and an additional 15,000-square-foot building for its Internet operations in Anaheim to the Laguna Canyon Business Center. Irvine’s 360 Commercial Partners represented Boot Barn in the transaction.
