Irvine-based home health and hospice provider Jet Health Inc. said it acquired Carrington Hospice Care Inc., which operates in the Dallas-Fort Worth area in Texas.
Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Jet Health operates eight additional locations in New Mexico, Idaho and Colorado.
The transaction was financed by Jet Health owner SV Health Investors. The Boston-based venture firm recently sold its Irvine-based portfolio company Remita Health. It also shares a stake in Irvine-based AcuFocus and ReShape Lifesciences in San Clemente.
