An Irvine-based IT provider is on a hiring push in the wake of a recent acquisition and eyeing expansion into the U.K. as demand increases for mobile services.
InfoTrust Group is looking to hire 40 workers in the U.S. and overseas by the end of the year, bringing its workforce to nearly 400.
“We are looking for software engineers, architects and product and project managers,” said Chief Executive Geoffrey Godet.
InfoTrust offers consulting and outsourcing services,
information management and online training applications, among other services.
The company targets Fortune 500 companies in the aerospace, defense, high-tech and media industries.
Its client roster includes the Federal Aviation Administration and industry leaders IBM, United Airlines and others.
InfoTrust has seen “double-digit” revenue growth and expects to surpass $50 million this year, according to Godet.
“We’ve been steadily growing year after year,” he said.
The company employs 36 in Irvine and also has offices in Phoenix; the Denver metro area; Austin, Texas; Arlington, Va.; and Paris, as well as a research and design center in Shanghai.
The hiring push comes on the heels of a recent acquisition.
Flatirons Buy
Last month InfoTrust acquired Boulder, Colo.-based Flatirons Solutions, which brought inroads in the government and publishing sectors.
“This acquisition is really about expanding our consultancy group,” Godet said.
Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
InfoTrust will run Flatirons as a stand-alone unit and retain its 80 employees, according to Godet.
InfoTrust was known as Jouve Data Management under French parent company Jouve before it was spun off in 2005.
