Mission Viejo-based Ensign Group Inc. has bought several skilled nursing, home healthcare and hospice operations.
A purchase price wasn’t disclosed.
Ensign provides skilled nursing, assisted living, therapy, home health and hospice, among other things.
The company’s new facilities include a 103-bed nursing home and a hospice company in Lubbock, Texas; a Pueblo, Colo.-campus that includes two nursing homes, and an independent and assisted living facility and a home healthcare agency in Scottsdale, Ariz.
Ensign now has 140 facilities, 11 hospices, 13 home healthcare agencies and 15 urgent care clinics in California and 11 other states.
