Huntington Beach-based Confie Seguros has acquired three brokerages in New York and Texas.
R&R&R Brokerage Inc. in the Bronx and Eastern General Insurance Services Inc. in Rochester are Confie’s latest additions to its recent string of buys in New York.
R&R&R is Confie’s first deal in the New York metropolitan area. Confie Chief Executive Valeria Rico said the company plans to continue expansion in the region.
Confie also bought Colyer Insurance Agency Inc. in San Antonio.
Confie has acquired more than 80 brokerages since it began in 2008 with a focus on serving Latino Americans. It has more than $350 million in annual revenue and 660 retail offices throughout the U.S.
It’s owned by Boston-based private equity firm ABRY Partners.
