Atlanta-based OneDigital Health and Benefits bought Moore Benefits Inc. in Irvine on undisclosed terms.

OneDigital said it manages $5.8 billion in premiums for 50,000 companies; it employs 1,600 and is an Inc. 5000 fastest-growing company.
