Newport Beach-based Alphaeon Corp. said today that it is buying Clarion Medical Technologies Inc., a Canadian aesthetic medicine company.
Alphaeon didn’t disclose a purchase price.
Clarion is based in Cambridge, Ont., and offers products and services to hospitals, aesthetic clinics, and private medical practices including injectable dermal fillers, lasers, diagnostic equipment and skincare products.
Alphaeon, founded in 2013, works with board-certified physicians to develop and market medical procedures and technologies that patients pay for on a cash basis, rather than through insurance.
