Anduril Founder Confirms Involvement in Ukraine

Company founder speaks at forum in Colorado

Palmer Luckey, the founder of defense technology company Anduril Industries in Costa Mesa, said “we have hardware, software and people in Ukraine.”

“I can’t talk about the details of it, but we’ve been involved for quite some time,” Luckey told the Fortune Brainstorm Tech forum in Aspen, Colorado today.

A company spokesperson also declined to provide further details. Anduril makes drones and other high-tech military equipment.

Luckey repeated his oft-stated position that the U.S. military needs more technologically advanced warfighting tools.

“There is better artificial intelligence in every John Deere tractor than in any U.S. military system,” according to Luckey.
