Finish Line Auto Club in Costa Mesa Completes Renovation

Facility adds nine new garages and opens rooftop bar in October

Costa Mesa’s Finish Line Auto Club, which houses high-end and collectible vehicles parked in individually owned garages, completed its second round of renovations in October that added nine more garage spaces and a rooftop bar.

The 100,000-square-foot luxury facility near John Wayne Airport now has 40 garages for local car enthusiasts to store their vehicles, including Tesla Cyber Trucks, Ferraris and Mercedes Benzes.

Finish Line was founded by Tony Principe and Rick Principe. The cost to buy an individual unit can range from $1.2 million to $4.5 million, as of 2024.

“What we have built in Costa Mesa is a blueprint on how we celebrate car culture at the highest level by combining exceptional customer service with first class, amenity rich projects,” Managing Partner Tony Principe said in a statement.
