Robert Cavecche Headshot
Robert Cavecche

Robert Cavecche – Vice President with 40 years of experience in the construction industry. He ensures that the construction process facilitates and integrates the efforts of the estimating, preconstruction, construction, and design teams to be efficient and complete. Projects start with a detailed constructability assessment. This assessment pays dividends by eliminating field-generated RFIs and unwarranted change orders, reducing schedule delays and potential additional costs for the project. His in-depth knowledge includes working on various projects (industrial, cold storage, hospitality, educational, office, public works, and healthcare).

Robert’s belief in a collaborative process with all stakeholders is a testament to his commitment to delivering quality projects on time and within budget. By developing a design that addresses constructability issues and costs, site logistics, sequencing, materials, and labor availability, he ensures all aspects that impact a project’s success are considered.

One team / one purpose are the cornerstones of project success. The partnership is formed by aligning core values of excellence, innovation, sustainability, and quality, balancing all aspects of the design and construction process to bring the best outcomes and value to the project. He is committed to an integrated approach with owners, architects, consultants, and subcontractors to get the best value for the project.

Ian Fitch – Director of Preconstruction with 30 years of experience in the construction industry, both in the field and in the office, is a testament to his extensive knowledge of the complete construction process. He ensures that his estimates and value engineering options for the client to choose from are complete and correct. His goal is always to provide full and accurate information to meet the needs of the client and the project team’s decisions during the preconstruction process. His attention to detail and his ability to provide detailed constructability of the documents follow the philosophy “measure twice, cut once.” This enables him to find deficiencies early and start corrective action before” Boots on the Ground,” providing a keen sense of security about the project’s progress and potentially saving his client time delays and potential extra costs. His ability spans industrial, cold storage, hospitality, educational, office, and public works projects.

As a professional, Ian’s responsibilities extend beyond his technical ability. He is committed to a collaborative process with all stakeholders, from the first estimate to the project’s completion. His unwavering commitment to delivering quality projects on time and within budget is a testament to his dedication. He ensures a project’s and client’s success are meticulously managed, providing a sense of security about the project’s progress.
