Daisuke Terakawa has been hired as Principal at UHY Advisors in the firm’s tax group. Based in the Irvine office, Terakawa provides federal and multistate income tax advisory and compliance services to both public and privately held companies in a wide range of industries.
Terakawa has nearly two decades of experience with complicated federal and multistate income tax compliance, as well as state nexus studies. He also completes ASC 740 income tax provision preparation and review, corporate E&P studies, and Sec 382 studies.
Terakawa is a licensed CPA in the state of California and he is fluent in Chinese and Japanese enhancing his ability to serve a diverse client base effectively.
