The Wooden Floor, one of the country’s foremost creative youth development organizations, has appointed a new member to its distinguished Board of Directors: Jen Dibble, VP, Corporate Counsel with Edwards Lifesciences, a corporate partner of the organization’s college and career readiness programs.
“We are proud that Jen, like each one of our board members, reflects our organizational values and brings her unique lens and talents to our mission to inspire and transform the lives of young people through the power of dance and access to higher education,” said Dawn S. Reese, Chief Executive Officer of The Wooden Floor.
Dibble is a member of the Legal Leadership Team and currently serves as the Law Lead/General Counsel for both the Global Supply Chain and the Global Human Resources organizations at Edwards Lifesciences. In these roles, Dibble leads a multi-disciplinary team of lawyers to provide strategic global support to the Corporate Vice Presidents of GSC and HR. She received her J.D. and Law and Business Certificate from Vanderbilt University, where she also participated in the Vanderbilt-in-Venice (Italy) program. She graduated, with honors, from Harvard University, with a bachelor’s degree in psychology.
“As someone whose life was shaped for the better because of a strong support network that opened up creative, athletic, and academic opportunities, I am honored to be part of an organization that gives back in a similar manner and empowers young people to dream big and make their mark in this fast-changing world of ours,” said Jen Dibble.
This new appointment embodies The Wooden Floor’s core values and helps achieve its long-term vision to break the cycle of poverty through generational change. TheWoodenFloor.org
