Yudit Freda has been promoted to Partner, Tax Services, at RSM US LLP, a leading provider of professional services to the global middle market. With over 17 years of public accounting experience, Freda possesses extensive expertise in a wide variety of unclaimed property matters. She serves as a trusted advisor to clients, assisting in completing multi-state voluntary compliance agreements, including the Delaware Voluntary Compliance Program administered by the Delaware Secretary of State. Freda has successfully represented and mitigated multi-state unclaimed property audit assessments on behalf of her clients.
Freda leads the local STAR (Stewardship. Teamwork. Advancement. Retention.) employee network group that supports the advancement and retention of women by promoting advocacy, mentorship and professional development for RSM Orange County. She is committed to fostering an inclusive community, offering support and guidance to other female professionals in balancing career and family life.
Freda holds professional affiliations with the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Unclaimed Property Professionals Organization (UPPO).
Before joining RSM, Freda spent over five years in the tax practice with a Big Four firm. Her expertise spans various industries, including industrial products, consumer products, financial services, manufacturing, entertainment, gaming, and utilities.
