With over 20 years of experience, Allen Goh serves as the West Coast Team Leader for the Technology and Emerging Growth Services Group. He has significant expertise in serving emerging-stage software and technology companies and has previously worked at Big Four firms. He also has experience with IPO and SPAC transactions, served on boards for multi-million dollar companies and assisted with high-value M&A transactions. Goh is actively involved in the community, including previously serving on the Board of Directors for Goodwill Industries of Orange County and Families Forward.
