Jake Smith has joined Ryan Companies US, Inc. as senior vice president of real estate development. Based in San Diego, Smith will focus on growing Ryan’s speculative industrial platform in Los Angeles, Orange County, and the Inland Empire. Smith is actively involved with several organizations including NAIOP SoCal and the Greater Los Angeles Chapter of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors.
